Interview Strategies

Good interview strategies are asking good interview questions about what they do for a living, what kind of hobbies they have, or what there favorite thing to do in there spare time. Another interview strategie is ask a good detailed question so when they answer the question you can get as much information as you need. EX: What was your favorite thing you did over the summer, why? This is a good question because when the person your interviewing answers the question the answer will be a good detailed answer and not a yes or no answer. EX: Did you have a good summer? This is a bad question because when the person your interviewing answers it it will be a short yes or no answer.

What is journalism to you?

Journalism to me is when you write an article about a big event thatis going or a natural disaster happened and you're we're told to write an article on it. Journalism looks like a short story about something important. There is good and bad journalism, like and example of good journalism is while interviewing someone and asking good detailed questions so when the person your interviewing gives you plenty of information. EX: Whatare some exciting things that you did this summer? Some bad journalism is when you interview someone and you ask short simple questions that only have a yes or no answer. EX: Did you have a good summer? Were I see journalism in my life is in the news and in the newspaper, like an article about something or someone. The reason I am interested in journalism is because it is something different, writing that I don't know a whole lot about. It is a different type of writing then writhing a five paragraph essay for another English class. I am curious about learning to write articles and to write about other stuff.
